Phytorenal 1L by Equality is a liquid nutritional supplement developed to support renal function in horses, particularly during periods of increased metabolic stress or following intense physical exercise.

The formulation combines energy-supporting carriers such as sucrose, glycerine and propylene glycol with a targeted blend of botanical ingredients. Cynara scolymus (artichoke), Lespedeza capitata and Orthosiphon stamineus (Java tea) are traditionally used to support kidney function, promote physiological elimination processes and help maintain fluid balance. The addition of magnesium chloride contributes to electrolyte balance, which is crucial during recovery phases.

Phytorenal is commonly used:

  • to support kidney function in performance horses,
  • during demanding training or competition periods,
  • after intense exercise to support recovery,
  • as part of a supportive nutritional strategy in cases of chronic renal sensitivity.

Its liquid form ensures easy administration, either mixed with the feed ration or given directly, and allows for rapid intake and efficient use during short-term supplementation periods.

Dosage
Horse (approx. 500 kg): 50–100 ml daily for 5–10 days, preferably after exercise.
Fresh drinking water must always be available.
